Low Income Housing

B2A is one of the only firms in the State of Utah specializing in audit and consulting services for providers of government supported low-income housing.  All of the staff assigned to work on our low income housing projects comes to you with prior experience and training, meaning you won’t be breaking in an auditor new to low income housing. 

Our experience includes serving as the auditor for some of the largest providers of low income housing in the state of Utah as well as some of the smaller rural housing authorities.  So whether you have multiple programs and AMPs or just one, we can help. We also work with Tax Credit properties and properties with HUD Loans.

In addition to our experience as outside auditors we work internally as the in house accountants.  We process expenses, perform reconciliations and prepare reports for auditors and regulatory agencies for Housing Authorities.  Because of this external and internal experience we are able to better see things from your point of view.
